I don't think that anyone makes a target barrel for a model 60.
 brownels or numeric might have replacement barrles available. The problem as I see it wit hte 60 is its barrel is pinned in place, not impossible to replace, just a PITA. Check out rimfirecentral, rimfirewaorld.net(rimfirenet.net?) and marlineowners.com---rimfire section. A poster named "Andrew" will have your answer, the man knows his stuff! HTH
