Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Anyone heard of a Victoria shotgun?

I have a friend who recently acquired one.  It's quite an interesting piece.  He's done some research and found very little, other than it was made right around 1900-1901... and only made a couple years.  It's a 2 3/4" modern powder gun.  

Seems to be very little about them out there, and thought perhaps someone on here would know a bit about them.
