and is it a nice shotty or a piece of crap?  it's an automatic 20" barrelled, improved cylinder, in perfect condition, at a local gunshop for $400...

the gun has a port cut in the left side of the reciever, the guy there said it was for changing the shotshell in the chamber quickly in case you were bird hunting and saw a deer or a boar, for instance.  

hate to admit it, but i've never seen such a thing.  normally i'd think anything with the browning name on it would be more pricey than $400.

That's "B2000" not a S2000.  Browning made them in the 70's till the early 80's. It's a great gun. I've never had a problem with mine.

I got my Dad to buy one for me when I was 16 (I paid for it) & it never let me down (I still have it). About 7 yrs ago I picked one up in 20 ga.

The side loading port is a great feature & I really like it.  So the moral of the story is it's a great shotgun & a shame they don't make it anymore.
