This is a link comparing a prodigy to an LMF II. I don't have a prodigy but do have an LMF II and like it very much. The prodigy just seems to be a plainer (thus cheaper) LMF II. hope this helps. |

I am not a fan of the Gerber knives. If I was looking for a production knife in that price range, I would look at Kershaw or Benchmade before Gerber.
