Patches on gear is like putting stickers on ricers..... it only makes you look more airsoft.

With that in mind, the innocent bystander patches are awesome!

You know, somebody needs to make one of those black "raid" jackets the feds wear with "innocent bystander" on it. That would rock.

thanks.   I got it from Supply Captain.  It was either that or the "Gear Whore" patch.   and I figure with the "Gear Whore" I'd probably get a citizen complaint.

I once got a complaint for being "too nice", so it really doesn't matter what you do.  They will still complain.  Let face it, when hard armor or tac vests come out, nice time is over anyway.

I believe it is supposed to represent the willingness to fight.  Started by Jack Rackham (aka Calico Jack) who was a pirate back in the 18th century.

I'm also just a poser and think it's cool.

You know what, Stan, if you want me to wear 37 pieces of flair, like your pretty boy over there Bryan, why don't you make the minimum 37 pieces of flair?

What are some good websites to find those style patches? Like the flag and police patches.

Dude, you can find those flag patches just about anywhere.  I personally get my "fun" patches from either Supply Captain or Linda at Camotech.   Supply Captain's got most in stock.  Linda pretty much does a lot of custom work as they come in; I got an order in right now and unless you're mil you're looking at about 6 weeks out.   Her quality and attention to detail is top-notch.

Assuming you're LEO, Richard Cowell Tactical does good work and they can pretty much custom make any LE patch you want.  Get in touch w/ Christina there she'll hook you up.

Here are places that I was refered to:

Supply Captain

CamoTech

I went with Camotech because they had "The Punisher" patch and because I was told by many that Linda does good work.  All there stuff is made to order.  You pick the camo background color and the thread color and if you want hook and loop or not.  I like being able to have it made to what I wanted!

Does anyone know where I can find a patch for "The Shocker," if you all catch my drift? I've seen it in a few places, but now I can't find it.

Have a GI name patch yet to put on this vest, noticed I'd also applied camo to the mag pouches covers.

That is another patch that makes sense. Letting people know your blood type is certianly a good idea.

I want to get some made with my Name/ blood type/ NKDA on 1 patch. Plus some extra name tapes to put above the rear pocket on my BDU trousers.
