I was wondering, if a FFL dealer has leo rifles and mags in stock and goes out of buisness can he keep them or do they have to give them up?

How do you define qualifying?

Well, for example, some places have addtional restrictions on "assault weapons."  In the PRK, for example, being an FFL isn't good enough.  You also have to have a state-issued "assault weapon" permit to possess them.  Not all FFLs have these, so the ones that don't aren't qualified to receive an "assault weapon."

The more I hear about California laws, the sicker I get....

So, are you saying that you have some LEO rifles for sale?  I am interested if so.
