I just ordered a K-31 today with 60 rounds of ammo from AIM.

Damn Mosin's are calling out to me saying "buy me next".

I guess I'm stuck either way.  If I wait for the C&R licsense to arrive, I pay the higher fee.  If I drive up and buy on a 4473, I pay an extra $15.

Oh well, still a good deal.  they are the best surplus rifle I have ever seen

I have a walnut K-31 and have decided to buy at least one more for my 5 year old son.
