Hello,

I will be buying a 9mm suppressor in 2007. I've been reading here and on-line, but still am not sure which can to go with. Am looking at AACs Evolution 9, Gem-Tech's Trinity and AWCS Jupter Eye.....as I read about the units on-line, I read good and bad experiences with the units, companies, customer service....I realize there's going to be good & bad with all these different experiences--what I was hoping to do was have some folks tell me what they have--do you like it, would you buy it again? How's the company to deal with?

The can is for Glock 17 and SIG 226.

Thanks for the help.

Out of the ones you mentioned the EVO9 is the winner.

You might also want to look at the SWR Shadow 9.

I have not seen a Shadow 9 but it is supose to be undergoing improvements to make it quieter than the EVO9. You will have to contact SWR to know when they are done.

I have fired many EVO9's and they are extremely impressive. Excellent level of suppression and workmanship.

Evo 9 is the only one that is worth buying right now IMO for a 9mm pistol can.

Shadow 9 could live up to the expectations and be on par with Evo 9, or it could fail again.  The thing with suppressors is don't believe it until you hear it...

When / if the Shadow 9 comes out and is quieter, then think about buying one.

All of the above is simply my opinion backed by some experience.
