I have a 870 express and want to put on a full stock w/ pistol grip and matching forearm.  Any suggestion on the different manufatures?  I have a 4 shot side saddle but would like to put a 6rd one on.

The top quality stocks are Speedfeed and Choate:

www.speedfeedinc.com/

www.riflestock.com/

Remington uses the Speedfeed on their Police guns, which is as good a recommendation there is.

Best places to buy them are Brownell's and Midway.

Speed feed stocks, with internal magazine tubes, Are cheapest at Cheaper than dirt. I just ordered one for 65.00 before other fees.

I love my speed feed. Its got the mag tubes in it so its also pretty handy too. Looks great as well.

It fits perfect, no adapters like the ATI ones. I bought it at cheaperthandirt.com, it was the lowest priced i could find.

I also like the speedfeed. The set came on my 870P, but I transfered them to the old express to darken it up a bit (besides I do not like wood). Then bought a knxx spec op and surefire forend. The new M590A1 came with the speedfeed fore and speedfeed1 stock (the one that looks like a traditional stock but with the mag tubes added), and I could not be happier. The 590 will make a nice camp gun, however still want a 6 shot side saddle.

Speedfeed gets my vote for convential stocks overall
Knoxx are also nice, esp if you want a more- non-trad style setup that works

ETA: Houge makes great stuff also
