New sticky for submissions beginning 7/13/16. Please only post info on forms submitted using the new forms.

Rule #1: let's stick to posting approvals (include submission dates and anything else you kept track of)...so wait until the approval is received
Rule #2: no idle chit chat...legit Q&A is fine

First post-41P Form 4 my LGS has seen.

Separate notification send to CLEO (VA State Police HQ). About a month later I received a carbon copy of a letter where VSP forwarded the CLEO notification copy of the Form 4 to a local police department to review. They sent it to the wrong one (Alexandria City - I live in Fairfax County so it should have gone to the Sheriff). Either way, it had no impact on the actually processing of the Form 4.
