I am collecting everything necessary to reload this caliber and cant find a case gage. I have them for all the pistol and rifle calibers I reload for but apparently they don’t make them for this caliber. The only thing that I can find is the Wilson case length gage but that only checks the length of the brass (apparently you can even put a fired case in it). I am looking for the one that checks case length, OAL length, body diameter, etc. Drop a round in and if it fits, its good to go. Has anyone seen this gauge for the 30 Carbine?

Thanks

Bob

Thanks, I dont know why I didnt check Sinclair. Do you think that its different than the case length gage offered at Midway?

Midway Case Length Gage

I looked on the Wilson site last week and they only list the case length gage.

Thanks

I figured that if anyone needed to do the legwork it should be me (since I asked the question).

So, I called LE Wilson directly and they only make the case length gage. The gage that Midway and Sinclair sell is the same one. I am guessing that its not that important as long as I dont put too much of a crimp in it

Thanks
Bob

Remember.. the 30 Carbine uses a taper crimp not a roll crimp

Sinclair's site is misleading then, they clearly show a case gauge albeit of .223 vs the length gauge that Midway shows.  No one makes a 30 carbine case gauge to my knowledge then.
