I use them in a 444 Marlin.
I have loaded Nosler 300gr JHPs for a 44 magnum before and I have to say those suckers hurt on both ends. |

When I went thru my revovler hunting phase I loaded 300 grainers in .44, 45Colt, and 454Casull. Bigger is better. Why do guys use a 7 mag. or 300 mag on 110lb. whitetails? One deer that I shot head on with , using the 300 cast bullet had total penetration. End to end. It was pretty impressive, even though the deer was'nt that big.
