Anyone us the 165 gr GMX with or without IMR 4227 ?

How'd they work?

The Hogdeon website is 15.8 min 16.9 max

Hornady manual is I think it was 11.6 to 14.2.

What gives with this conflict of data ?

What data do you use ?

I always go with the bullet manufacturers load data.

BTW the GMX at 1600 fps will most likely not open up. In effect you have a very expensive FMJ.

Yep, Hornady says the GMX need to be moving around 2000 fps at least, for them to open up. That's 2000 fps at impact, not MV.
