Remingtons have pressed in front beads . Unless your pressing the new one in yourself I go with with a clip on type . If that doesn't suit your tastes then a Gunsmith will have to do the job .  In case your next question is  :Whats involved in pressing a new bead in , I don't know.   but I do know Remington beads are pressed in . I beleive it tell you that on the package.  BTW the Hi Viz beads work real nice , I have one on my Berretta and love it . Good luck
