Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - 11-87 Police Competition Master Carrier release

Just got the new release from Midway.  Is this a drop in part?

I tried to install, but the tab that should go into the carrier latch is too high, therefore it wont slip into the latch.

Anyone know what I may be doing wrong?
