Going to a show tomorrow and I'm thinking of bringing along my model B Uzi for possible trade if I encounter something I can't live with out. Am I nuts? I've only shot the Uzi maybe twice since new, putting no more than 100 rounds through it.

IT's a giant, heavy 9mm pistol.

Think of it that way, it's not too hard to come up with something you need better.

Of course, it's a badass giant, heavy 9mm.

And never sell a weapon, but that's just my rule of thumb.

You are thinking unpure thoughts!
I had the same thought a while back, but I couldnt bear to part with it. It is just too cool. The Uzi is the only COOL heavy 9mm pistol!
Besides, I use it as a gimmic to get people to come to the range. They can shoot a "real" Uzi.

i will trade you a remington 870 (w/ 9 rd mag) and a mossy bolt shotgun, and a remington .22 for it.

how about a grandfathered folding stock 10/22?

how about some of my body parts?

The Semi UZI is one of the cheaper guns to convert to full auto. you could get the total conversion done with a register bolt from $1700 on up depending upon how authentic you feel you must be.

At a gun show you would be doing well to get $1000 from any dealer and $1200 from any individual.

That's what I'd do. Get with a Class III dealer or C2 and get a Form 4 started. You'll be glad you did.
