Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Best upper?

Here is the deal. I need a complete upper (bolt and all).
Specs: 16 inch barrel, 1x9 (1x8 okayish)
Flat top
M4 handguards
Post ban
Light barrel profile (M4 okay, but not as good)
Chrome lined
Standard pins

Who makes a good one? Who makes a good affordable one?

Rock River and Bushmaster both make this configuration.  You can contact Donnie at Sableco.net for the Rock River uppers at good prices.  Try gunsmoke.com for the Bushmasters.  Rock River has chrome-lined barrels so either one is good now.
