It's a Modular Designs Technologies Tac21 chassis - they're a good group of people up North.
I built one around a .308 700SD last year (with a few more and better quality parts... Timney trigger, incredible Grizzly brake, Atlas pod and glass) than they're offering - all for a lot less than Remington's MSRP. I can't believe they are going to sell too many of these at that price point.
It's a push button to remove the bolt, easy as can be. No zero shift issues on mine. It's a heavy setup but I wouldn't change anything about it.
And one final note: I hope Remington paid STABABY (a real gentlemen on here who helped me tremendously with mine) a lot of money because he created and had this setup long before these were in production. Look his rifle up, it's an FDE beauty.
