Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - would this work and not look stupid????

I currently have my optics sitting in an Armalite one piece mount.  I love the mount but it is just a little too low.  I am also looking for a rear buis and thought that the arms 38 sleeve just might kill two birds with one stone.  Would mounting the armalite 1piece mount on the swan sleeve work??  And if it would, would it look stupid???  What do you guys think???
