That is indeed a badger ordinance.
It's been sprayed green as they only come in black. They are very SOLID (read heavy) handguard systems. With the wide flat bottom, they sit on a benchrest bag very well. I have them in stock.  The handguard pictured is a special version with the sidways milled slots. All the normal Badger handguards have the straight slots and will accept an accessory rail anywhere along either side of the handguard. They take a special wrench to install properly. I have the wrench.
