Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - who is a good smith?

I posted about this last night and it's gone for some reason. I need a good smith who does nice work that can

1. chrome a bore... If that's possible.
2. Install a front sight where none existed
3. Properly insall and head a barrel in whatever caliber.

Any suggestions? Addresses and contact info of good smiths would be appreciated.
