I've seen at least three different jigs out there to assist in a 80% AR-15 receiver build.  Which one should I get?  I'm leaning towards the new Savvysurvivor's/OSI Super jig.  Although I have seen the two others jigs on eBay that run for $119 and $85.  How are these jigs?

Also, has anyone used any of the tools in ar15tools.com to drill and tap the buffer tube?

Also, how do you cut the holes for the trigger guard?  Some of the jigs do not have the holes in the jigs for these holes.

I've got the $85 ebay one.
It assumes the top deck and rear of the receiver are cut to finished size.

It's aluminum and doesn't have hardened inserts so be sure you are dead nuts lined up before poking holes, drill undersized and finish ream outside the jig IMHO.

It has no provision for getting the BTH hole right, I made the piloted reamer setup, worked great.

Having said that let me say it DOES WORK :-)

My next build will wait until after I fit my sloppy old mill with a 3 axis DRO setup and some cheap import scales.
