My WOA barrel out-shoots me.

I have 2 White Oaks, and 1 Rainier.  They both make incredible barrels.  Honestly I cannot tell the difference in accuracy
between them.  I know that the Rainier is supposed to be made from a better blank (SHILEN).  If this is worth the extra
25-30% to you, then get the Rainier.  If not, then get the WOA.......you won't be disappointed with either.

I bought the WOA barrel it out shoots me but that's no biggie most guns do I don't shoot much any more. in the hands of my brother he can hit golf balls at 200meters not every time but enough that is no fluke. (I hate him)

Of the barrels that you mentioned, take your pick.  It probably won't matter.

Any of those would be fine. I would look at the BCM SS410 18" also.

I would vote Superior, from your list Noveske would get the nod
As mentioned BCM makes a good barrel, as does Lothar Walther

I have the Rainier and it can shoot far better than I can.   btw, mine is rifle length.

The BCM SS410 18" can also be bought with the ion bond if you want your barrel to be black.  This barrel is hand-lapped.  Also... 1x8 twist if that's something you're looking for.  I personally don't have a need for a 1x7.  I like the 1x8 a lot.

Any of those choices would work well.  Probably very hard to tell the differences between them all in practical use.

Consider a Douglas 18" SS SPR contoured barrel from Compass Lake Engineering. It's what I used on my Mark 12, Mod 1 SPR. The military version uses Douglas as well. If I recall it was $315 shipped.

White Oak, no question about it.

White Oak wouldn't be a bad choice, but price wise, it's real close to the cost of the BCM barrel.  By going with the BCM barrel you get the added benefit of having the harder 410 stainless and it's hand lapped.  I didn't have to do any sort of break in and after over 1500 rounds, it still shoot tights and have yet to get any significant amount of copper out of the bore.   I also don't know if this is true of all quality barrels, but mine stays consistent even after the barrel is hot.  Groups of around 1.2" for 20 rounds is pretty usual.  I'm working on tightening that up, but shooting a group that big isn't easy.

Centurion Arms MK12 barrel or MK12 barrel from High Caliber Sales.  Either way you are getting the real deal MK12 barrel the same one being used in GWOT.
