MY buddy has a KAC postban SR15 M4 style carbine. Has a pinned telestock, fake A2 comp and a RAS system. All is factory installed from KAC. The rail system seems to be free floated but uses the standard barrel nut and delta ring. Does this rifle use the M4 Ras or some other variant of it? Which variant is it? Is the model it uses even freefloated or is it just very "tight" in fit to the reciever

If it is all factory rifle, It would almost have to me a KAC rail. If it uses the standard barrel nut and delta ring it might just be a really tight fit. unless its a KAC RAS II. See Pic bellow

Definetly not a ras II. the thing on it looks like the FF RAS but uses the standard barrel nut and delta ring assembly. Its rock solid which leads me to beleive it may be freefloated. Not 100% sure

The M4 version is not free floated.
