ta 47- 5.9oz carry handle- 9.6 oz = 15.5oz

arms 40 2.0 oz, aimpoint 6.13oz (comp M-XD) 7.1oz (M2), mount 4.65oz = 12.75oz or 13.75oz

ta31F- 9.9 oz, arms 19s- 2.65, arms 40 - 2.0 = 14.55 oz

Just for giggles: Eotech 552- 11.5 oz arms-2 =13.5oz

Looks like the aimpoint and arms.

Thanks.

The work was made easier by the great resources provided by the The Maryland AR15 Shooters Site.

groups.msn.com/TheMarylandAR15ShootersSite.

Crazy how much weight optics add.

FYI a compact acog/mount and arms 40 would be about 10 oz total.
