It is a Bushmaster. It is a great gun the lower is made by LAR. What do you want to know about it?
 O, It has a Hogue grip on it.

I've never seen a XM-15 marked "Restricted law enforcement/government use only"

The L prefix in your serial number tells you that it was made by LAR the .223/5.56 is the caliber, Bushy barrels/chambers are 5.56 the XM-15 is the model number. the restriced for LE just means it was a AR made during the AW ban and could only be purchased by Military or LE |
