If you are talking about the pre-ban "Colt AR-15 A3" marked ones, with a serial number BD###, they go for about $7000-$9000.
There are only 134? or so out there in civilian hands. The rest are all post-ban LEO only ones. The have a 16" 1x9 M4 barrel, flattop, etc... |

The lowers are marked "Colt Carbine".
