It goes bang. I've never got real good accuracy results out of it in any of my rifles, though.

Accuracy is lacking in my experience. I had one AR that it wouldn't cycle the action in.

The 38spl Ultramax I've used was so dirty I got pissed off and gave the rest away. Big clouds of smoke, lots of carbon.

3 years ago I had good results with Ultramax in Bushy. Bought 200 rds from local store ( .11/rd so I bought 3 boxes then went back to buy all he had left) then bought 500 rds from Sportsman Guide .223 FMJ 55 grain - 2001 dated. So it has been a few years but it was OK then!!

My primary gripe with UltraMax is that around here it's more expensive than boxed XM193.

Go figure
