Mine was difficult to fold at first too. A little CLP and work it in, and you should be GTG.

 a drop of clp and working it a few times up and down settled it |

Put a couple drops of CLP or your lube of choice and you'll be good to go!

Same problem here too at first. It was almost impossible to move. A little better now.......a little! |
