thought i had a blown bolt catch spring. but i took things apart and the plunger apears stuck. tried to wd-40 it but no budge. any help?

I had the same problem...the bolt catch put a little indentation on the receiver on the underside of the plunger. No one ever answered my post questioning why or how it happened. I warmed up the receiver around the plunger with a small butane torch and it popped back out. Cleaned off a small amount of flashing around the hole, lubed the plunger and re-installed it.

just ended up drilling it. released as soon as the drill bit pushed through the aluminum. cleaned it up and wire wheeled the plunger, lubed then installed. works like a charm.

somebodies putting out some crap plungers mine was from jp...
