I would like to get an extra front sight post for my stock front iron sight( I also run an eotech). But what I want to do is replace my stock post with a post that I could grind to a sharp point,or can I order the sight pin ALREADY ground to a point instead of the flat top pin that came on the rifle(of course Ill keep the original). I have a Mauser that has the pin sharpened to a point, thats what I want. So how much trouble am I looking at? How hard is it to change out. Where can I order one? Any special tools or problems? Looks like it should be easy. Anybody else done this? all comments appreciated. Thanks

Bushmaster, but KNS Precision makes them already "sharpened". It's easy to swap out, just don't let the spring & detent get away.
