You can get their flat rate box, but you can't send it USPS.  Ammo has to go UPS...ORM-D labeled.  I just tape over all USPS labels and send them UPS pick-up.

Unprimed or once fired brass and bullets can go USPS, but not loaded ammo.
The problem is that 1000 rounds of 223 brass may not all fit in a flat rate box.

*20 pound maximum for international shipments
• The inside dimensions for the two boxes available are 11" x 8.5" x 5.5" and 13.625" x 11.875" x 3.375".

If you pack it in the more cube sized one you can just about get 2K in it.... takes 2 hands, a knee, and a lot of tape to get it closed properly

Roger that....but 1,500 rounds fits pretty good.  Without the extra work.  750 rounds per 1 gallon ziplock.  2 ziplocks per box.  A little clear packing tape on the ends...and you are good to go.
