just curious, have heard that the beowulf it rebated to a 7.62x39 rim (so asuume that is the shellholder to use for it), what is the compatable shell holder for the 458 socom?

Yes.


what is the compatable shell holder for the 458 socom?


I think that it uses the same as a .308 Win, but you'll have to wait for a .458 SOCOM reloader to confirm that.

.308Win is supposedly the best.

Cool, that is what I wanted to here. I use a progressive press, and the shell holder plates end up costing about as much as dies do. Already have a 308 plate, yippy.

That same shellplate will do the whole family of .30-06- based cartridges (.30-06, .308, .243, 6mm Rem., 7mm-08 and wildcats based on them) as well as .45 ACP.
