I have a DPMS .308 with the rail raise about a 1/4 of an inch from the factory. With the scope rings that I am currently using, it puts my center of the scope 1 3/4" above where a normal flat top upper receiver would be. Is this to high? I know for me it is very comfortable with the magpul stock I use, but I just want to make sure that it is practical. I know that this has been covered, but I did a search and could not find anything.
