If a barrell is threaded, does the threading affect the rifle's accuracy? Thanks for any replies.

No. The threads are on the outside of the barrel and is normally used to attach the FS. As long as the crown of the muzzle  hasn't been screwed up the accuracy should be good to go.

I had mine threaded recently. When it got here, I put the upper on the lower, reattached the optics, and it still shot POA. Didn't need to adjust anything.
