need help with my drum? is it me or are the norinco drums pos's?  it wont feed its hard to load and jams(ftf) when it does feed any info on these would help me alot,  THANX IN ADVANCE

They're not "POS" but are definitely marginal magazines "out of the box" in my experience.. Good fun, but I cannot reccomend em for serious use.

With few exceptions, all that I saw needes some dressing of welds, polishing of burrs, and general adjustment to work reliably. BUT, once this was done they were fine for play.

Meplat-

load from the rear but the ammo just falls all over the place and the handle only goes a 1/4 turn the only way i have found is to load from the tower 1/4 turn at a time but then it wont feed

All the ones I have seen and tried have worked just fine.

Make sure all the ammo is out of the mag. Then push on the rear button to make sure all tension is off the spring. Spin the follower back clockwise until it won't go any further. You should now be able to fill all the slots in the rear of the mag. Once they are all filled close the rear and turn the key to put tension back on the spring.
