New to ar's and my first ar (colt ar 15 hbar match comp) seemed to jam quite often with the mags that came with the used purchase.  Well I ordered new 30 rnd mags from Bravo Co. and since have put over 500 jam free rounds through the colt.

I am really excited.
I am thinking of throwing the old mags away so they dont ever get mixed into the equastion again!

Before you throw the mags away, check the back U section of the mag.  If there are no cracks, then new springs should bring them back into spec.
Note: if the old mags are not USGI units, then by all means, throw them away.
