I'm installing a new Vltor low-profile gas block (stainless steel) on a new barrel.  The problem is that I can't get the gas tube (also new) to fit into the hole on the gas block - very tight fit.  I can only get it in about 1/8 inch before it sticks.  Shouldn't the gas tube slide right into the gas block?  Any suggestions?  Emory cloth the end of the gas tube?

Try chasing the gas tube hole with the correct drill bit ( by hand ) it's probably has a burr in it..  A #14 works for me.

I was using a Vltor low profile gas block for a while, and I had the same problem. This is the solution.
