Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - need input on steel SA-80 mags

I purchased 12 of these not to long ago and after some work on the slot for the mag catch they have worked flawlessly, butI was wondering what every one else thought of them, are they prone to rust?, or would it be better to invest in some genuine USGI mags. any feed back would be appreciated.

I have 6 that I use for my range mags.  I haven't had any problems with them so far.  Every once in a while I will disassemble them and clean them out.  No problem with rust yet.
