I have a bsquare handle mount on my bushmaster.  I just bought weaver-style angle-loc windage adj rings.  I am having trouble following the instructions.  It seems a lot more complicated than just slapping them on and tightening them up.  Any hints to installing them and also playing with the windage settings at the range.

When the gun shop mounts mine, he backs the screws off equally and tightens an equal amount when he has them installed. I normally do windage in the scope, and don't mess with the rings. (He has also checked the scope to insure its adjustment knobs are centered before boresighting it.)

OldTiger is correct on the equal pressure method.
Unless you have done it a few times you have a greater chance of marring the tube than adjusting for windage. I like the Leupold Weaver style rings but they are a bit pricey compared to Millets.
