I have a RRA upper and a dedicated Hahn (I asked John at Rainier which block to get, he suggested the dedicated). Shot it yesterday for the first time.
The setup is VERY solid. Block fits a Mega lower perfectly with no slop, Bolt catch removal/re-install is the only 'smithing' to install. No worry about it dropping out the bottom either. BHO worked every time, I suggest going with BHO.
Factory Colt mag worked excellent, with WWB from wally world, fits the Hahn MUCH better then I thought it would (again no slop, no rattle, mag catch locks the mag in with a precision feel). Had one stovepiped spent casing during the first 100 rounds, no other issues.
Factory mag is very solid, probably the most robust magazine I've ever owned for any firearm, thick metal, very sturdy. But I still can't wait for Larry's mags at half the price.
From what I've read, the Dedicated or Bottom Hahns have BHO. Top may not. I can't seem to find Hahns web site at the moment to verify, this info comes from the Rainierarms site.
Please PM me where you found a 9mm upper in stock, I think I want a 2nd since they're so much fun and cheap to shoot!
Have fun!
