Get it if it's from a reputable source.

I like my issue one, works great.  Simple and straighforward, which I believe has been said already.

I've got one and love it.  The aperature is the same size as the long range one on my carry handle which I preferred over the 0-200 close range one.  I wouldn't buy another one though unless I was sure I wasn't getting it off the back of a truck somewhere (too late for the one I already have, didn't know where they came from at the time)

Sold mine. I didnt need a BUIS w/ elevation, no less to 600y. I prefer my buis to have a larger aperture, personal thing I guess. W/ the elevation comes the knob that sticks out to close to charge handle IMO. Also have heard multiple stories of broken mounts. Even if being over torqued you dont hear that about other designs & manufactures. If you are DM then I can see this being an option(better off w/ KAC), otherwise there are better option for the money. -Justin
