Anybody use these? I was just wondering, cuz I bought one for my ar and so far I like it alot...I wonder how well it would hold up if the SHTF.                                                                                                                    http://i724.photobucket.com/albums/ww242/FredA89/SANY0011-1.jpg

I got the handle one at the SHOT show and was impressed by the reticle and clarity.  The downside would be the limited eyerelief compared to Aimpoints & Eotechs.

I like these. Put one on my wife's gun. Will put one on my next personal now that GG&G makes an Accucam base for these. Love that we don't have to rely on battery if SHTF. I run Trijicon on mine for same reason. The tube on these are THICK.
One drawback; the little neoprene cover it comes with tends to turn on the LED. It doesn't have auto shut-off.

IMHO Leupold has just not made a dent in red dot optics....and the world passes it by.

Not much excitement at the Shot Show in the Leupold booths.
Same old same old, still have that goofy objective lens with a crescent cut out, lol.

ETA; What is your battery life like?

I havent really been timing the battery life, i just bought it not long ago. I might have about 20-30 hours on it. thr instructions it came with says it will flash 10 times when the illum is turned on to let me know when the battery is low.

Do you run the battery during daytime?  If so, at what intensity setting?

I dont use it much during the daytime..I think it has 10 setting and the 8th setting is just right for me, at night the 1st setting - 3rd setting is perfect.
