I'll be using it in my spikes 22 lothar walther 18 in bull barrel.

If not what ammo have you had success with?

Define success.

Is success exceptional accuracy or reliable function (or both)?

For reliability, Federal bulk packs work for me - red pack, blue champion, and automatch.

Eley makes the ammunition many international-level competitors use in Olympic shooting matches.  Their consumer products should be pretty good, but I have noticed that they tend to be well into the expensive range.
