Looking at a bushmaster M4 type carbine. New they are going for $1150, but found a used one says 300 rds through it for $900, but no flash suppressor, can always get it threaded.

900 isn't bad if you're not worried about a warranty. I built mine for about 750 but lowers are more pricey now.

To be honest I would rather wait and pick up a brand new one. I have seen quite a few lately online for the $1050 range....

If you're patient, you can still build a nice carbine for $1000.

I guess it depends on the prices you're finding in your area. I might try to get them below $900 a bit. You know you're going to drop $65-100 on getting that bad boy threaded for the flash suppressor. That takes you up to approximately $1,000. If $1,150 is the cheapest you can find new, is it worth $150 more to get one new?

I bought my bushy for $990 brand new in January.

Bought mine (very first AR ) about three weeks ago for $1037 plus tax and $10 background check fee. It's the M4 'Patrolman's' Carbine.

If you want it now and can get it now buy it.

Not a bad price I'd say. Get more info on which model, we could tell you more.

1099 for a new one here in SA, TX. I'd wait and buy a new one. I've been extremely happy with my Bushy M4/A3 and have started dressing her up. Of course I couldn't stop there and just put in an order for a LE6940. Somebody help me...

In fact I saw another Bushy for sale at a local shop this morning and almost bought it because it was available. Will this sickness ever end?
