I was able to find a place that sells a carry handle scope, now here's the problem, its a 3x20 which they say is for a carbine.  Now is that the name they just gave it because it just a 3x, or is the bullet drop compensator on it actually figuered fo a carbine length barrel, and if so, how far off would it be if I put it on the standard 20" barrel, thanks for any info.

The difference between a 20" and a 16" shooting M193 using the Colt Scope is only 1.4 MOA at 500 yards (a little over 7").

Its not worth worrying about.
