Somebody who is a popular source here sent me "not exactly what I ordered" once. Goddamned close, but not "exactly"!  The "problem" was resolved in a matter of HOURS!  Not days...

The replacement was shipped the same day that I expressed my concern.

Once, out of "more than a few" orders, there was a mistake.

I'm sure he doesn't do the packing and shipping, as much time as he spends on checking his mail, answering the phone, and conversing with his customers.

The "problem" was resolved so fast, it would take yer head off.

My last order, and my next order will be from the guy who sent me "not exactly what I ordered".  

I was more than happy with what he sent in return.

Reason being that he got right on my reply, and was a man of his word.

No bitching, no complaining, just fast, same day (every time), shipment on the next order.

Shipped from nearly 1000 miles away.  Got here in 2 days from the time I ordered...

The right stuff, at the right price...

and customer service you would write your mama about....
