now this is going to be a bit expensive, but would it be possible to cut off the carry handle, and use this arms mount to create a free float handgaurd, and flatop all in one?

flat top upper receivers are only $99, why would you destroy your A2 upper which are worth $140
additionally the SIR is made to attach to a flat top railed upper receiver as a second supporting location

like 1gunner has stated that particular model, made hot here is for a flat top model which attatches to the barrel nut and the upper reciever rails so it would not work.





why not just get the model for the a2? designed for the a1-a2
