minor ones.........in some 855pd ammo i just got....
iam new to ar,s so please bare with me..
i read through the ammo stickys first but couldnt find much...

No problem, It's the norm for PD ammo. Any big dents or creases I don't shoot. The last I purchased had very few dents or any other flaws for that matter. (2K of 855PD)

Check the PDs around the necks, cracks are bad. Creases are bad also

The small dents will just blow out to normal when you fire them.

Hey, Ops! As long as the dents are not on the gage data point line on the taper, just below the neck, shoot them.

If the dings are on this taper, you may have a problem seating the round.

As for dings on the body of the cartridge, hell, that 55,000 psi "irons" them out real quick to match your chamber!

Don't worry about the dents. Issued GI M855 right off the stripper clips have dents here and there.
