I'ld love to have this rifle but $3,000 is out of my price range.  I was hoping I could get some ideas on building a clone for less $$$.  I have yet to find a comprable barrel.  Its a Flutted 1/8 bull.  I would like a 223 wylde chamber but its not a must.  I love the midlength look and the flush railed handgaurds although I would probably go with the troy setup instead.

Any ideas on how I can build this rife or something similar for the $1500price range?

I dont know anything about it other than the buttstock is gay, the rest is cool tho.
